Gentlemen:

of Jeffrey Manzelli, who worked as a contract employee for our agency from
August, 1997, to August, 1999. During this period, we were involved
in the start-up and production of a publishing venture known as West Virginia
Family Magazine. In this intensive phase of development, Jeff was
an integral part of all aspects of the magazine, from providing material
for publication to proof reading to managing to distribution of the finished
product. Jeff was a serious, committed member of this team, and made
